Who we are
MetaFour Supply (metafoursupply.com) is the website of MetaFour LLC. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean MetaFour LLC. You can reach us at [email protected].
This policy covers this website only. AndySoMeta, Mood Swings Design, MadeByMoodSwings, Label Station and Seller Station each run on their own sites and under their own policies.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- your name,
- your email address,
- your company name, if you give one,
- the topic you pick, and
- your message.
The form also sends two technical fields used to stop spam: the time the page loaded and an empty field that people do not see. Neither one contains personal information. To limit repeated submissions, the server that handles the form may use your IP address for a short time.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you put in the email, along with your email address.
We do not run analytics or advertising scripts on this site, and we do not ask for an account.
How we use it
We use what you send for one purpose: to read your message and reply to it. That includes any follow-up conversation you start.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Hosting and service providers
A few providers handle data on our behalf to run the site:
- Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery and security in front of the site. It processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block abuse.
- DreamHost hosts the site and runs the contact form. Its servers keep standard access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser details) and send your form message to our inbox by email.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details. Google describes how it handles this in its own privacy policy.
Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. We share only what is needed for the site to work.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising.
If you use the theme key to pick light or dark, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it needs to tell people from automated traffic. It is not used to track you across sites.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. If you ask us to delete your message, we will, unless we have to keep it to meet a legal obligation.
Server and security logs are kept by our hosting and security providers for their standard retention periods.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law. We will honor requests that apply to you.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the form is handled on our own hosting. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the form.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
