Agreement
These terms apply to your use of metafoursupply.com, the website of MetaFour LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site describes MetaFour LLC and its brands and lets you contact us. It does not sell anything directly. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and sending a message does not create a contract or any obligation on either side.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Do not:
- send spam, automated submissions or unlawful content through the contact form,
- try to get unauthorized access to the site, its server or its data,
- interfere with the site's operation, or put an unreasonable load on it, or
- pretend to be someone else when you contact us.
Brand sites and other links
Our brands run their own sites, and their shows, stores and software (including AndySoMeta shows, Label Station, Seller Station and the MadeByMoodSwings store) are governed by the terms on those sites and on the platforms they use, such as Whatnot or Shopify.
This site links to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Content and names
The text, design and graphics on this site belong to MetaFour LLC. You may view and share pages for personal or informational use. Please do not copy the site or reuse its content commercially without our permission.
MetaFour, MetaFour Supply, AndySoMeta, Mood Swings Design and MadeByMoodSwings are names used by MetaFour LLC. Other names, such as Whatnot, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, eBay, Instagram, Palmstreet and Shopify, belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse us.
Accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate, but details such as prices, product status and availability can change. The brand's own site is the place to check the current details. Prices mentioned here are in US dollars.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be available, error free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MetaFour LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
